Company Information
About Settings
Your company name will automatically appear:
- In the header of every page
- On recipe cards and batch labels
- On production run sheets
- On all printable reports
Note: Each user's settings are private to their account.
📦 Export Your Data
Download all your data in machine-readable formats (CSV/JSON). This includes inventory, recipes, blends, invoices, and settings.
GDPR Compliance: You have the right to download a copy of all your data at any time.
Company Data Overview
Row counts across all tables for your company. Use this to verify what data exists.
🔀 Merge Vendors
Fix vendor name spelling differences so all records match. For example, merge "Amazon" and "amazon.com" into one name.
This updates all invoices and inventory items at once.
⚠️ Danger Zone
Delete your account permanently
This will immediately and permanently delete:
- All inventory items, invoices, and purchase records
- All recipes, blends, and finished products
- All batch history and production logs
- Your user account and company data
- Your active subscription (if any) - no refunds for partial months
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export your data first!
