How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! Just sign up for an account and you can add your information into settings and begin adding inventory ingredients and materials right away. Be sure to read the user guide or print out the more comprehensive guide for specific details.

Do you offer phone support?

At this time, we offer support through email. If you are really stuck, you can also DM us on social media. We try to answer within 24 hours.

Can you assist with the setup of my business?

If you need personal assistance, RenΓ©e can offer you a 30 minute Zoom call at a time that works best for you both.

What integrations do you support?

We currently have export options to Shopify. We will be adding more as requested with the possibility of full integration in the future. We are constantly working to improve our integration capabilities and overall user experience, so if there is a specific integration you would like to see, please let us know!

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use an encrypted third-party database with row-level security - meaning only you can access your account's data.
